(State of Georgia) in collaboration with The Good Trouble Foundation is proud to announce the Congressman John Lewis Freedom Day Wreath Laying Ceremony. This event is dedicated to honoring the memory and legacy of the late Congressman and Sigma Man, Honorable John Robert Lewis – a tireless advocate for civil rights and voting rights.
The ceremony will also serve to raise awareness of significant legislation including the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, the Native Americans Voting Rights Act, the Washington D.C. Admission Act, and the Freedom To Vote Act. These bills represent crucial efforts to protect and expand voting rights for all Americans.
